When I left school I trained at Chichester College to become a chef.

After 2 years I qualified and was awarded a scholarship to the Ramada Renaissance, the only 5 Star Hotel in Brighton.

Since leaving the Ramada, i have moonlighted at many different Restaurants, Pubs & Hotels.

Although i do not work full time as a chef, i really enjoy the buzz of working the line. There is nothing like working in a small brigade ina kitchen, serving 190 meals with just 3 of you... fantastic teamwork and at the end of a hot summer shift, the pint of beer feels so deserved and very quenching !

I am constantly on the look out for a few shifts, even if it is just to cover a day off or to show off as a guest chef.
